"I went to a gig at the Roundhouse..."
I went to a gig at the Roundhouse recently and, while the venue itself is really cool, the sound just wasn’t up to the level I expected. For most of the night it felt muddy, the vocals kept getting buried and the bass was overpowering everything else. I’ve been to similar-sized venues where the mix was much clearer, so for the ticket price this was a bit disappointing

"Good night, even if it adds up"
Went to a gig at the Roundhouse we had a decent night. The venue itself is lovely, and the sound was good from where we were standing, so I don’t really get why people complain about it that much. My only gripe is the cost, by the time you add drinks and all the extra fees, it does start to feel a bit steep. I’m not saying it ruined the night or anything, because it definitely didn’t, but it’s not exactly a cheap evening out either.

"Okay, but a little confusing at times"
It’s okay overall, but I found it a bit confusing sometimes. Maybe it’s just me, but there were moments where I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next.

"Clean and Comfortable Night Out"
Had a really decent night here. The place felt properly clean, which makes a big difference when you’re there for a few hours. The toilets were kept tidy, and I noticed staff seemed to be on top of the bins most of the time. It just made the whole night feel a lot more comfortable, probably more than you’d expect

"Decent drinks, food was kinda bland"
The drinks were fine and enjoyable, but the food was kinda bland for my taste. Not a bad spot overall, just wish the flavors stood out a little more.

"Felt safe, but the line dragged a bit"
Security was friendly and seemed to keep things moving well. I felt safe once I was inside, but getting in before the show took longer than I expected.

"Pretty decent overall"
Went to a gig here and, the toilets were cleaner than I’d expected, which was a nice surprise. They did get a bit busy afterwards, but it was still manageable enough. I’d probably give it 4 stars overall.

The venue itself was okay, and I can see it being a better experience from different seats, but from where we were sitting the stage visibility was bad. There were a lot of heads and rails blocking the view, so it felt like I missed a good chunk of the show. If you get a clear sightline it might be fine, but for what we paid, our seats didn’t feel worth it...

It was way too packed, and I could barely see anything the whole time. I was really looking forward to the experience, but it ended up being frustrating. For what I paid, I’d expect a much better setup, or at least some kind of compensation for how disappointing it was.

"Nice Venue, Disappointing Seats"
I went to a show here the venue itself was nice enough, but the seating was a real letdown. I felt cramped the entire time, and my back was already hurting before the main part of the show even started. The leg room wasn’t great either, which made it hard to really relax and enjoy the experience. For what the tickets cost, I expected a lot more comfort. I’d maybe go back, but only if I could get standing tickets or much better seats...

"Really easy night out at Roundhouse"
Had a really good night at Roundhouse. The location is great, right by Chalk Farm station and not far from Camden either, unless I’m remembering the walk as shorter than it was. Getting there and back was simple, even after the show, and there seemed to be plenty of buses around too. I always forget how much of a difference it makes when a venue is easy to get to, but yeah, it definitely made the whole night feel less stressful.

"Programme’s gone downhill"
I used to check what was on at Roundhouse often, but the event programming’s gone way downhill for me. It feels like it’s always the same kind of acts or random themed nights, and there’s just nothing that makes me want to book anymore. I get that not every show’s going to be for everyone, but the line-up feels a bit lazy and not very exciting. It’s a shame, because the venue itself is decent, but the programme’s been a real letdown

I ended up waiting forever, and the staff just didn’t seem to have the line under control. People was standing around confused, and it made the whole experience frustrating

"Lift was okay, but the signs were confusing"
The lift itself was fine and worked without any issues, but the signs around it were a bit confusing. I ended up second-guessing where I was supposed to go. Also, I really hope this doesn’t just get a canned apology response, because clearer signage would actually be helpful.

"So far, exactly what I expected from Roundhouse"
I haven’t actually been to the event yet, but so far the emails from Roundhouse have been spot on. I kind of expected them to be well organised, and the updates have just confirmed that for me. Tickets, entry details, and timings have all been easy to find, and everything’s arrived at the right time. No hassle at all so far.

"Cool spot, just kinda packed"
The place has a nice vibe and the building itself is cool, I liked that part. But it got real crowded and the bars were loud, so it wasn’t as chill as I was hoping for. Still not a bad place tho, just maybe too busy for me.

"Good night, but the waiting got annoying"
Went to Roundhouse recently and, overall, had a good night. I was a bit unsure where to go at first, but one of the staff pointed me in the right direction really casually, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was the bar queue — it moved slowly and I was definitely getting impatient waiting around. That said, everyone I dealt with was friendly and patient, so it didn’t ruin the night.

"I didn’t have any real issues…"
I didn’t have any real issues with it. Everything worked about how I expected, which is always nice because I really don’t have the patience for complicated stuff these days. I was actually using it while making coffee, which is probably not relevant, but it made the whole thing feel easy enough. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so I’d say it was a solid experience overall.

I stopped in for a drink, and the prices kind of surprised me. The drinks is way too pricey for what you get, so I probably wouldn’t come back just for that.
